Miss Madeline Holliday and Russel Newcomm drove to Carroll Wednesday afternoon where they were married by Rev. H.C. Schneider, pastor of the Presbyterian church, at the parsonage. Miss Harriet Jacobson and Keith Orris accompanied them and witnessed the marriage ceremony. The bride is a daughter of Roy Holliday, well known band leader, and a graduate of the local high school in the class of 1932. The bridegroom is the son of J.A. Newcomm and a member of the graduating class of 1930. The newlyweds have gone to housekeeping in the Newcomm home on East 46.
